Four Utility Engineering & Surveying (UES) Project Managers Join Cardno to Support Growth Throughout U.S. and Canada

Clearwater, FL – Cardno is pleased to announce that Alexis Isenberg, P.E., Lindsey Jones, P.E., Suzanne McCain, P.E., and Darlene Cox, P.Eng., have joined the firm to support the growth of our Utility Engineering teams throughout the United States and Canada. The addition of Isenberg, Jones, McCain, and Cox will provide clients with continued expertise and information to mitigate utility risks for projects across North America.

Alexis Isenberg has more than 25 years of civil engineering experience, including project management and quality assurance for civil and municipal engineering services. She will serve as the local resource for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and Pennsylvania Turnpike as well as other federal, state, municipal, and institutional clients. Alexis is based in the Cranberry Township, PA, USA office.

Lindsey Jones is a civil engineer with more than 14 years of experience in urban and rural transportation projects involving utility coordination, stormwater design, complex grading, downtown revitalization, and trail design. She manages existing utility information and liaises with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and utility companies primarily for transportation projects. Lindsey is based in the Lone Tree, CO, USA office.

Suzanne McCain has more than 30 years of civil engineering experience, including design plans of roadway and civil site design projects. She has worked extensively with state departments of transportation and municipalities throughout the South, helping them reduce utility risk, improve their infrastructure and bring facilities into Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance. She is based in the Baton Rouge, LA, USA office.

Darlene Cox is a project management professional with more than 18 years of experience managing multi-million dollar utility projects in Canada. She is responsible for the utility coordination of the newly awarded Yellowhead Trail Freeway Conversion project in the City of Edmonton. Darlene is based in the T2 Utility Engineers office in Edmonton, AB, Canada. T2ue is a subsidiary of professional infrastructure and environmental services firm Cardno, providing UES services across Canada.
