Sulzer to Highlight Latest High-Performance Dispensing Equipment at World of Concrete 2019

Sulzer Mixpac USA Inc., the leading innovator of 2-component adhesive dispensing systems, announces that it will be exhibiting its high-performance dispensing technology at World of Concrete in booth S12151 from January 22nd–25th at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Products to be showcased include the COX™ ElectraFlow™ Dual Ultra 400mL, MIXPAC™ MixPeel™, and EcoPaCC.

The COX™ ElectraFlow™ Dual Ultra 400mL 2-component battery dispenser delivers high material output with precision and control. Powered by the latest 18V lithium-ion CoolPack battery technology from Bosch Professional, the COX™ ElectraFlow™ Dual Ultra 400mL features nine speed settings, a variable speed trigger, and two driven racks to ensure even high viscosity materials maintain their mixing ratio throughout the dispensing cycle. The flexible dispenser offers compatibility with the MIXPAC™ C-, F-, and Blueline Systems, and is a perfect tool for bonding, repair, sealing, and shimming.

The MIXPAC™ MixPeel™ “2-in-1” packaging system, a cost-efficient solution involving use of a 1/10th gal. 2-component cartridge with a 1-component caulk gun, is ideal for chemical anchoring, crack repair, sealing, and structural bonding. With an easy-to-fill, front-fill design, the MIXPAC™ MixPeel™ system combines higher fill volume than competitive units with less material waste to reduce user costs. Additionally, the MIXPAC™ MixPeel™ makes application easy with less dispensing force than comparable cartridges.

The innovative EcoPaCC collapsible cartridge provides “one way in, one way out” front-filling leak protection with an eco-friendly collapsible design which reduces system plastic by 86%. Engineered with multi-layer films that work with a wide range of chemistries for lower material waste and greater cartridge volume flexibility, EcoPaCC cartridges collapse after use for a reduction in waste-stream volume.
