His experience also positions him to provide technical coaching and professional mentoring to HNTB colleagues across Pennsylvania.

Koutsogiannis holds Bachelor of Science degrees in civil engineering and architectural engineering from Drexel University, and a Master of Science in civil-structural engineering from Villanova University.
