PHILADELPHIA  – Ulysses Koutsogiannis, PE, has joined HNTB Corporation as structural manager, Pennsylvania operations, in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He brings nearly 20 years of experience managing, designing, constructing, rating and inspecting a variety of transportation structures across the region for several owners, including Amtrak, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, the Delaware River Port Authority, Norfolk Southern, CSX, PennDOT, PA Turnpike and others.
