Miller is responsible for direction and supervision of multiple technical groups and oversees the client and project development processes. He has immediately engaged in HNTB’s program management practice.

Prior to joining HNTB, Miller held leadership positions at several other consulting firms where he served in program management roles on multibillion-dollar programs for Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority, Texas Department of Transportation and Metropolitan Transit Authority. Other project responsibilities included strategic and financial planning, alternative delivery project procurement and implementation owner’s representative, and more.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Texas A&M University, and maintains his professional engineering license for Texas. He was a graduate of the International Bridge Tunnel and Turnpike Association’s prestigious Leadership Academy, Class of 2013.
