Land Surveying Expert, Mark Otto, RPLS, Joins Cardno’s Houston Office
Houston, TX — Cardno, Inc., is pleased to announce that Mark Otto, RPLS, has joined the firm as a Project Manager in the company’s Houston, TX, USA office. Mark has more than 20 years of experience in land surveying services, including boundary and topographic work at industrial and commercial sites. In his new role, Mark will be expanding Cardno’s surveying services across Texas and surrounding states.
Mark has performed multi-faceted surveying services for large infrastructure projects, including topographic, boundary, airport, and port expansion. This includes extensive boundary and topographic work at the Mississippi State Port in Gulfport, MS., where he supported the port’s full recovery from Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
“Mark brings a wide range of special expertise within surveying and knows how to most effectively apply that experience to the specific project requirements,” said Joe Marek, Cardno Regional Manager. “We are happy to have him on our team to support our clients throughout Texas and the Gulf Coast region.”
Mark is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas and a Licensed Professional Surveyor in Mississippi.
