Geophysics Expert Jacob Spinsby, PG, Joins Cardno’s Denver Office
Denver, CO – Cardno, Inc., is pleased to announce that Jacob Spinsby, PG, has joined the firm as a Utility Engineering and Surveying (UES) Practice Group Leader in the company’s Lone Tree, CO, USA office. Jacob has more than 10 years of experience in advanced geophysical, geological, non-destructive, and utility projects, including subsurface utility engineering investigations.
He has performed thousands of shallow-surface explorations, advanced subsurface utility locating/designation, and geophysical and infrastructure investigations in the United States, Canada, and internationally. Jacob specializes in helping clients overcome underground challenges and obstacles using a variety of techniques and analyses. He has project management experience in challenging environments, including below pavements, behind walls, in and near gravesites and other culturally significant features, in buried foundations, and within bedrock.

Jacob earned his Master of Science in Geological Services from Arizona State University. He is a Professional Geologist in Colorado.
