Resirkulere USA, Inc. Welcomes Three New Administrative Members to Water Management Solutions Team
MINOT, N.D.- Resirkulere recently announced that it filled several new management positions over the last few months, continuing to develop and diversify its administrative and management leadership. Resirkulere introduces Channing Felch, Dawn Volk and Hilari Pavelka. All three have smoothly integrated into their positions, beginning to leverage their individual expertise to help grow and expand the company over the coming years.
The new Field Logistics Manager-Bakken, Channing Felch is a dedicated and valued employee of Resirkulere, having been with the company for over six years. Channing spent time studying power-plant technology at Bismarck State College after graduating high school in 2008.
Named Office Manager, Dawn Volk holds a bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University. She also has managerial experience working in the oil fields of both Colorado and Utah, while being a licensed EMT and yoga teacher who enjoys fly fishing, snowboarding, cycling and hiking.
A native of south Texas, with two college-aged sons, Hilari Pavelka has worked in the oil and gas industry for eight years, where she excelled in building customer relationships. During that time, she has become a dynamic and strategic sales leader for the expanding oil and gas markets. Hilari has been named Business Development Manager and will be covering Resirkulere’s corporate sales for both south and west Texas.
A small but growing water management team, Resirkulere first gained expertise in the Williston Basin before expanding its operations into the DJ, Eagle Ford, and Permian Basins, and has successfully completed over 2000 drill-out operations to date. Resirkulere continues to develop its innovative mobile operations which reduce additional fresh water purchases by using recycled water, reducing injection-well disposal costs, reducing trucking expenses and well-site traffic, as well as recapturing oil and NGLs that might otherwise be lost through disposal.
