Stantec Wins Another Major Contracts with the Federal Highway Administration – for Highway and Bridge Design IDIQ
New York, NY, NYSE, TSX:STN: Global consulting firm Stantec was recently selected on a major contract with the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division to provide Highway and/or Bridge Design and Engineering Services. The contract is one-year fixed, with four one-year options to renew and the estimated total contract amount is $4.5 million in gross revenue.
This contract will concentrate on projects primarily associated with the Federal Land Management agencies (National Park Service, U.S. Forest Service, Fish and Wildlife Service, etc.) within the eastern United States. The states included in this contract span as far north as Maine, follow along the eastern coastline down to the U.S. Virgin Islands, and as far west as Minnesota and Iowa. Stantec previously held this contract and performed task orders like the Kennedy Center Pedestrian/Bicycle Access and Improvement Project in Washington DC, and Disaster Roadway Reconstruction projects with the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Wisconsin.
