Stakeholder Communications and Applicant Permitting Expert Duane Peters Joins Cardno’s Wilmington Office

NEWARK, DE – Cardno, Inc., is pleased to announce that Duane Peters has joined the firm as a Senior Consultant. Duane has more than 20 years of experience developing regulatory strategies and stakeholder communications for a wide variety of projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region. He will work from his home office near Harrisburg, PA and report to the company’s Newark, DE, USA, office.  

Duane’s experience includes assessing and minimizing permitting and certificate risks, the development of program specific stakeholder communication strategies, full review and support of National Environmental Policy Act documents, and the management of environmental assessment and inspection programs.

He has also participated in and facilitated numerous think tanks to discuss and develop solutions for our nation’s infrastructure needs.
