Stantec Welcomes Nathan Baker to its ICT Practice
San Diego, CA – Nathan Baker has joined Stantec as a project manager in its Information Communications & Technology (ICT) group. With 15 years of experience in the information technology industry, he is responsible for managing small and medium size projects in Healthcare, Data Center and Aviation vertical markets. He is based in the San Diego (Towne Centre Dr) office.
“Nathan is a great addition to our ICT team,” says Massoud Safaee, ICT principal. “His knowledge and expertise in structured cabling, especially in the data center environment, is extensive. Nathan brings the depth and expertise to our team that complement our knowledge and values.”
Baker’s draws knowledge from all aspects of ICT design and implementation process. Among his accomplishments is the design and project management for a 1.5-million-dollar structured cabling project for a high-tech commercial firm in San Diego. The project included over 300,000 square feet of office space, labs, and IT rack rooms
Currently, Baker is providing ICT services for the University of California Davis campus housing developments, Orchard Park and West Village.
Baker is a certified through Building Industry Consulting Services, International (BICSI) as a Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) and a Data Center Design Consultant (DCDC).
