Charlotte, NC – Cardno, Inc., is pleased to announce that Frank Cantrell, PE, has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager in the company’s Charlotte, NC, USA office. With nearly 40 years of professional engineering experience, Frank has provided comprehensive project management for dozens of major road, water, sewer infrastructure, and storm projects throughout the Southeast.
Frank’s experience leading teams of engineers and inspectors benefits Cardno’s clients seeking support and guidance for major land developments, capital improvements, and water quality projects. He will focus on construction projects within the retail, transportation, residential, and recreational development markets.
