HNTB Adds Two Infrastructure Experts to Inland Empire Office

ONTARIO, Calif.  – HNTB Corporation continues its rapid growth in the Inland Empire by adding two new hires in the firm’s Ontario office. Antoinette Harris-White has joined the team as a document controls specialist III and will be responsible for administering and managing document processes and systems to ensure control and availability. Robert Murphy, a civil engineer, will be working on the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority I-10 corridor project and will be responsible for the incorporation of contract requirements for design-build contractors into a new risk audit system.

Antoinette Harris-White

Harris-White has more than 27 years of experience performing a variety of team support duties on multi-million-dollar construction projects in the private and public sectors. Prior to joining HNTB, she provided senior-level administrative support and coordination to a complex public contract as a program controls analyst.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in environmental science from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in energy management.

Murphy completed a civil engineering internship and gained experience with the city of Jurupa Valley with several street rehabilitation projects. His has experience in public and private sector work, including design development; plan, specification and estimate documents; and construction inspection support.

He received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and is a Certified Engineer in Training.

Robert Murphy
