The companies will cooperate in developing engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) opportunities throughout Asia including Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. On select pursuits, TCC will also explore obtaining financing for the project.

The non-exclusive partnership will explore opportunities in areas including natural gas processing, urea and other chemical processing, Sulfur Recovery Units (SRU), and Syngas and Fischer Tropsch technologies. The partnership is subject to renewal after 24 months.
