Washington, D.C – Michael S. Brink has joined Faegre Baker Daniels Consulting as a senior director. Brink will practice out of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Brink has spent more than two decades as a government official, business executive and consultant. He has an established track record helping local governments operate in the most efficient way — from tackling major infrastructure projects to day-to-day operations management. In particular, he has expertise in public-private partnerships (P3) across a number of projects, including leading multiple utility and human services P3 transactions. He also identifies opportunities for government efficiencies through data analytics, and his government consulting experience includes strategic sourcing, project management, technology implementation and process re-engineering.

Brink will leverage his robust experience in both the public and private sector to help drive FaegreBD Consulting’s national P3 practice as it works to implement new infrastructure projects and boost local government efficiencies throughout the U.S.

He earned his master’s in public affairs (public management concentration) at Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) and a bachelor’s in political science from Truman State University.
