David Cerione to Provide Aviation Engineering Leadership in WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff’s Orlando Office

ORLANDO, FL  — David Cerione has been named aviation technical director in the Orlando office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

In his new position, Mr. Cerione will manage business development as well as design and construction activities for airport infrastructure programs. He will help build WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff’s aviation practice, focusing on program management and construction management services.

Mr. Cerione has extensive experience managing aviation programs in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a program director with an international engineering organization, responsible for the delivery of a $1 billion capacity enhancement program at Abu Dhabi International Airport. He previously provided leadership on the $3.5 billion expansion of Miami International Airport’s North Terminal.

Mr. Cerione earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Florida.
