WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff to Present at Airfield Construction Management Workshop

SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Aviation professionals from WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff will give presentations on airport construction management at the American Association of Airport Executives’ Airfield Construction Management Workshop, September 27-28, 2016 in Salt Lake City.

The workshop, which is co-sponsored by WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, offers airport staff and other related groups an opportunity to learn more about construction management from the leading professionals in the industry. The workshop will address construction management, project controls, creative project development, airside construction, and risk management. The workshop will also include case studies of numerous airfield projects across the country, including runway extensions and new runways at fully operational airports of all sizes.

WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff professionals will lead four technical sessions, as follows:

  • Arnie Rosenberg will present “Construction Management: It’s All About Managing Risk” on September 27th from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m.
  • Matt McCoy will address “Partnering Your Project: A Win-Win Solution” on September 27th from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m.
  • Ivan Nicodemus will discuss “Use of Technology: Effective and Cost Efficient Approaches to Field Management” on September 27th from 2:45 to 3:30 p.m.
  • Mr. Nicodemus will present a case study on the “Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport on September 27th from 3:30 to 4:15 p.m.
