With more than 25 years of industry experience, he has successfully managed complex transportation projects across the New England region, including many projects for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. Bua is a vice president based in the firm’s Boston office.

Bob Driscoll, PE, is promoted to delivery officer for HNTB’s Northeast Division which serves more than 30 clients across 10 states. Joining HNTB in 1981, Driscoll served in key leadership roles supporting the firm’s work with clients in Maine and New Hampshire. An associate vice president, he is based in HNTB’s Portland, Maine office.
