Cardno’s senior asset sustainability specialist Jeff Yorzyk is leading a panel, “Commercial and Industrial Strategies for Meeting Environmental Requirements,” at this year’s Environmental Leader Conference in Denver, Colorado, June 21-23.

Jeff will be joined by three other industry leaders from the public and private sectors to discuss environmental reforms, regulations, and procedures being used to promote transparent and environmentally preferable processes.

The panelists will appraise the benefits of tools available to meet new reporting requirements and new EPA/industry rules, such as:

  • Toxic Substances Control Act
  • Boiler MACT
  • Hazardous waste generator improvements
  • Emissions rules
  • eReporting initiatives

The Environmental Leader 2016 Conference is an opportunity for industry leaders, academics, and public-sector agencies to engage face-to-face on environmental, sustainability, and energy management trends, tools, insights, and metrics. Business Sector Media, Environmental Leader, and Energy Manager Today have joined forces to sponsor the conference. Their websites, newsletters, reports, and webinars have kept executives and environmental specialists informed on these issues for 10 years. You can find more information on the conference’s website.

Jeff is with Cardno’s Government Services group. He has over 20 years of experience managing risks and opportunities associated with sustainability and the business case for taking action. He focuses on developing tools, processes, and approaches that meet executive order requirements to integrate sustainability considerations into real property asset management.
