Matrix New World Engineering Builds its Industrial Services Group

FLORHAM PARK, N.J., June 20, 2016—Matrix New World Engineering, PC (Matrix) today announced it has hired a trio of professionals to expand its high-quality Industrial Services Group focusing on water and wastewater services, primarily for clients in the food and beverage industry. Joining Matrix are Jeffrey Littell, Reggie Prime and John Burns, whose clients include Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Frito Lay and many other top brands, said Jayne Warne, president and co-founder of Matrix, headquartered in Florham Park, N.J.

“Our mission is clear: To establish and grow our National Client Programs and Industrial Processes Group, including water and wastewater treatment processes,” Warne said. “We will be focusing on providing these practices to Fortune 100 clients as well as cross-selling other services we provide.”

It is a coup to have this team of high-quality, result-oriented professionals join our team,” Warne added. Jeff Littell joins Matrix as National Client Manager. Working from Matrix offices in the Phoenix area, Littell will develop and grow business nationally. Littell will help to shape and lead Matrix’s client market sectors and practice/service lines. His client relationships are far reaching from food and beverage industry clients to law firms and other Fortune 500 companies.

At his last position, Littell managed a client portfolio with more than 200 active regional, national and international clients with a value in excess of $15 million in revenue. Littell has more than 20 years experience working as an environmental consultant and regulatory expert. He is a registered professional geologist in Arizona and lives in the Phoenix area.

Reggie Prime joins Matrix as National Industrial Wastewater Treatment Director. Prime has more than 25 years of leadership experience as Director of Environmental Affairs with Coca-Cola. In that role, he oversaw the implementation activities of seven Regional Environmental Affairs Managers who managed compliance and conducted audit activities.

Prime also developed and implemented management systems at 79 manufacturing locations and more than 350 distribution, make-ready and fleet locations across the U.S. and Canada. Prime, a University of Central Florida graduate, is an environmental engineer; a registered Environmental Manager; and a certified hazardous materials manager. He resides in the Atlanta area.

John Burns joins Matrix as National Industrial Water Treatment Director. Burns is a chemical engineer with experience in research and development, process design, product commercialization, project management, manufacturing operations, technical sales and marketing; all with global exposure.

His background includes proficiency in environmental compliance and sustainability, filtration technology, water quality and processing technology, energy management, and food and beverage processing requirements.

Burns was Environmental Director with PepsiCo Beverage where he was responsible for Corporate Environmental Management Systems (EMS) at 42 plants and 300 satellite warehouses. He is a Bucknell University graduate who lives in the Brewster N.Y. area.
