Aster Capital Appoints Gaëtane Suzenet as Venture Advisor for New Water Fund
Aster Capital announces the appointment of Gaëtane Suzenet as Venture Advisor. Gaëtane will strengthen the Aster team, who is made up of about ten investors.
Formerly Managing Director of DREAM, the ‘Water and Environment’ competitiveness cluster for the Centre – Val de Loire Region of France, and Director of European Affairs at Water UK, Gaëtane will be in charge of bringing together water sector’s players, and other stakeholders interested and active in water technologies and services, in a dedicated investment fund.
Aster Capital is an investor specialised in high-growth companies in the areas of energy, intelligent transportation, advanced materials and the Internet of Things.

The water market is undergoing a profound change. The momentum is no longer driven exclusively by infrastructure development, but also by the development of new technologies and services. With this dedicated fund, Aster Capital expects to support and accelerate this market momentum in Europe and in the US.

Before joining Aster Capital, Gaëtane Suzenet was Managing Director of DREAM, the ‘Water and Environment’ competitiveness cluster for the Centre – Val de Loire region of France, and the Director of European Affairs at Water UK, the professional federation of industrial water operators in the UK. Gaëtane is also Independent Reviewer for Ireland’s Environmental Protection Agency and a Member of the European Experts’ Panel for the European Collaborative Research Initiative on water (Water JPI).
