China Willing to Upgrade U.S. Infrastructure

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang says China is willing to join the United States in upgrading U.S. transportation infrastructure.

The Chinese Premier made the comments when meeting with a delegation of U.S. congressmen led by Bill Shuster, chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
