D.C. Rebids the Large St. Elizabeth’s Infrastructure Project

The District has relaunched its effort to rebuild the 170-acre St. Elizabeths east campus infrastructure, issuing a new solicitation for a design-build contractor a little more than a month after canceling the last one.

The request for proposals calls for a single contractor to oversee demolition and the installation of new utilities, roads, stormwater, sewer, gas, electrical and telecom systems, security fencing, landscaping and intelligent transportation systems.
