Jubran Whalan Joins Constant Energy Capital Management LLC as Managing Director
(Portland, ME ) – Constant Energy Capital, a distributed energy and power-focused private investment firm, today announced that Jubran Whalan has joined the firm as Managing Director. From 2011 to 2017, Mr. Whalan was Managing Director at BP where he served as Managing Director, Global Structured Products.

Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Commodity Trading and Origination at TransAlta and, after that, Senior Vice President of SunEdison of Business Development and Environmental Attributes. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
