The development, which opened in 2016, captures a unique historic vision of Art Deco-inspired design and features multiple “neighborhoods.” The Village’s eight neighborhoods include four fashion districts and three leisure zones. Four boulevards celebrate a distinct Art Deco-inspired city – New York, Paris, Milan, and Vienna – each with unique style characteristics. Le Croisette, Shanghai Village’s central dining avenue, is situated along a lagoon shared with Shanghai Disney Resort. Visitors to Shanghai Village arrive via ferry boat.

There is no doubt that Shanghai Village is a true gathering spot. We are honored to have been a part of its creation.”
Working closely with the project architects, Stantec’s design services from Boulder included all environmental branding, including the identity; the selection of all exterior building materials and finishes; most of the custom decorative embellishments and metalwork; environmental amenities; special decorative paving; and environmental graphics, including signage and wayfinding.
