Viewpoint Construction Software Announces Viewpoint Team, its Next- Generation Collaboration Platform
PORTLAND, OR – – Last week Viewpoint Construction Software® launched Viewpoint Team, a fully collaborative, cloud-based platform for project management and construction operations solutions. Viewpoint Team integrates with Vista, Viewpoint’s core ERP product, and is browser and mobile friendly.
The first application to launch in Viewpoint Team is Submittals. The Team Submittals solution streamlines the complex submittal process, ensuring all stakeholders can review, comment and approve documents in real-time. Viewpoint Team Submittal’s features include:
- View Ball-in-Court visibility
- Easily build and manage Submittal Register
- Efficient communication with email based notifications
- Bulk edit capabilities
Viewpoint Team Submittals will be followed closely by additional project management capabilities and increasing integration across all Viewpoint products, giving Project Managers end-to-end process control and visibility – all within the Viewpoint Team environment.
The Viewpoint Team platform enables easy communication and collaboration across construction management teams from the back office, through extended project teams (subcontractors, supplier, architects, owners, etc.) and into the field. Viewpoint Team features and capabilities include:

- New Project Creation – No duplicates. Projects created in Viewpoint Team appear in Vista and vice-versa.
- Shared Contacts – Save time and eliminate double entry with a search bar that searches for and pulls contacts from Vista Project Management.
MOBILITY
- Viewpoint Team only requires a login and an internet connection to access workflows and can be easily used on any devise from a desktop to a mobile devise.
