CRG, the real estate development group of Clayco, is developing a 537,753-square-foot speculative distribution warehouse in St. Louis.  NorthPark Distribution Center I is strategically located adjacent to Lambert International Airport, at the intersection of 3 major interstates serving the region. The project is in the process of construction and will be completed in December 2016. The building is being marketed by Pat Riley and Chris Schmidt, of JLL. American Realty Advisors is investing in the ownership with CRG.

NorthPark’s established infill location is ideally suited for distribution, e-commerce, manufacturing and warehouse tenants seeking state of the art design and amenities. The site offers flexibility with approximately nine acres of additional land for expansion or parking. Upon completion, NorthPark Distribution Center I will feature 32’ clear height, 105 dock doors, above-standard auto and trailer parking, LED warehouse lighting, and concrete truck courts. In addition, the Park offers attractive incentives for its tenants.

“We are encouraged by the continued strong market in North County,” said Chris McKee, President, CRG. “The addition of this warehouse adds to NorthPark’s appeal as a blend of urban accessibility and suburban amenities for the occupants.”

The park is currently home to Express Scripts, Schnuck’s, SKF, and other office and retail tenants who benefit from the Park’s proximity to the region’s transportation network and strong employee base. NorthPark is the county’s flagship development and part of their comprehensive master planned business park.
