Two Mortenson projects were recently honored at the NAIOP Awards of Excellence event, held on September 22, 2016. The JW Marriott Mall of America, designed by DLR Group and developed and built by Mortenson, was honored in the hospitality category. BAE Technology Center, developed by Hyde Development, designed by Mohagen Hansen Architectural Group, and built by Mortenson, was selected in the repositioned/renovated category.

The Minnesota NAIOP Awards of Excellence program recognizes exceptional developments by NAIOP members, with winners selected by a panel of independent judges who rate the projects in a variety of categories, including site development, architectural integrity, interior design, integration into the community, market feasibility, unique project challenges, and LEED certification.
