Richard Driggs Named President of Program Management Sector

ATLANTA, GA —Richard Driggs has been appointed president of the program management sector at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

In his new position, Mr. Driggs is responsible for building a program management organization across all of the company’s markets in the U.S. and Latin America, including buildings, industrial & energy, environment, and transportation.

Driggs brings to WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff more than two decades of experience in the architecture, engineering, construction and real estate industries. He was formerly the president and CEO of Heery International, a full-service architecture, interior design, engineering, construction management and program management firm. Previously he held a series of executive positions over 21 years with Lendlease Corporation, a leading property developer, building and owner, where he most recently served as executive vice president and head of integrated solutions.

Mr. Driggs received a B.S. in building construction from Purdue University. He is a member of the Design-Build Institute of America, Construction Management Association of America, and Society of American Military Engineers.
