Schlumberger Acquisition Closes
WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff closed on its acquisition of Schlumberger Water Services on August 1. The firm specializes in the development, management and environmental protection of water resources.
In the U.S., the firm will be integrating Schlumberger Water Services staff from Denver, Fort Myers, Reno and Tucson into its environment and water consultancy sectors. Water services teams in Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Chile will report to Jorge Chaves, our newly appointed president of Latin America.
