Hackensack, NJ, June 1, 2016—O&S Associates is proud to announce that the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia selected our restoration engineering project at the Belgravia Condominium to receive a 2016 Preservation Achievement Grand Jury Award.

The 23rd Annual Preservation Achievement Awards ceremony takes place on Wednesday, June 8, 5-8 pm, at the Union League of Philadelphia. The Alliance will also be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.

Senior engineer Andrew Wilson, PE, said that working on the “preservation of The Belgravia was especially rewarding as the repairs so dramatically restored the building to its proud position as the most beautiful and outstanding building on its block of historic Chestnut Avenue.”

“I’m very happy to see the building restored to its former elegance and appreciate the care that O&S took to get the job done right,” said Brett Berman, President of the Belgravia Condominium Association.

The exceptional work of O&S Associates and our partners on this project – Masonry Preservation Group, Graboyes Commercial Window Company, Window Repairs & Restoration – will be highlighted during the ceremony. “I thoroughly enjoyed working with the craftsmen from MPG, Graboyes and WRR Restoration and with the building owners to complete this magnificent project,” said Wilson.
